KAYAK

We are happy to supply Kayaks for your use at the Clubhouse - You will need to fill out a “Paddle Sport Vessel Rules & Waiver Form” to include a “Vessel Use Agreement” – prior to use – use is for Owners and their Guests only.  Guests must also sign a waiver. 

WATERCRAFT GUIDELINES

1.    The Isles of Collier Preserve offers single kayaks, double kayaks and paddleboards. They can be used Monday- Saturday, 9:00am to 4:45pm.

2.    After hours kayak usage – paddle and life preservers will be left in the Multi-Purpose Room and must be returned to the same location. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

3.    The HOA will provide kayaks, paddle board equipment and personal flotation devices through the management office. The equipment is first come, first served and cannot be reserved. Homeowners can call 60 minutes in advance to confirm availability.

4.    Kayaks and paddleboards must be rinsed off and put back in the appropriate racks.

5.    Children under the age of 15 may only use the equipment when accompanied by an adult 18 or older.

6.    Management has the right to suspend usage due to inclement weather.

7.    The Isles of Collier Preserve waterways are not a good place to learn to paddleboard.

8.    A Water Vessel Usage Agreement must be on file at the Management Office.

9.    All equipment must be signed in and out with a Property Management associate.

10. Trimming of Mangroves in Florida is highly regulated. Any impediments to the kayak trail should be brought to the attention of management.
