KAYAK
We are happy to supply Kayaks for your use at the Clubhouse - You will need to fill out a “Paddle Sport Vessel Rules & Waiver Form” to include a “Vessel Use Agreement” – prior to use – use is for Owners and their Guests only. Guests must also sign a waiver. Any impediments to the kayak trail should be brought to the attention of management.
WATERCRAFT GUIDELINES
1. The Isles of Collier Preserve offers single kayaks and double kayaks. They can be used Monday- Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00 p.m. And Sunday 10:00 a.m-3:00 p.m.
2. After hours kayak usage – paddle and life preservers will be left at the Community Kayak Storage Facility and must be returned to the same location. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Sunday.
3. The HOA will provide kayaks, and personal flotation devices through the management office. The equipment is first come, first served and cannot be reserved.
4. Kayaks must be rinsed off and put back in the appropriate racks.
5. Children under the age of 15 may only use the equipment when accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
6. Management has the right to suspend usage due to inclement weather.
7. A Water Vessel Usage Agreement must be on file at the Management Office.
7. All equipment must be signed in and out with a Property Management associate.
9. Trimming of Mangroves in Florida is highly regulated. Any impediments to the kayak trail should be brought to the attention of management.
